When life wants to throw you a curveball, it gives you the year 2020. But regardless of how crazy things get, history tells you the U.S. economy always thrives in the long term as technological revolutions seem to happen every 50 years or so. In this podcast, Andrew Whalen – the CEO of Whalen Financial – gives his thoughts on the current uncertainties of the political landscape, why financial markets actually like a divided government, and why we may be entering the “Age of Connected Intelligence” with great innovations such as blockchain technology (which he thinks will be one of the major disruptive technologies over the coming years). All this points to an optimistic conclusion: get moving on your Regulation A or CF crowdfunding projects now, so as not to miss out on opportunities due to fear and inaction.

Listen to “Blockchain and the Financial Markets: Optimism is Realism” on Spreaker.

Get ready for some good news! Because innovation provides strong economic growth, it triumphs over just about any uncertainty over the long-term and that’s the mindset of Mr. Whalen’s company. Whalen Financial helps publicly traded companies and investors by providing a new perspective on financial planning with their team of financial advisors centered on investment management and comprehensive financial planning.

Their wealth management services include retirement planning, income planning, investment & portfolio management, estate planning, and tax planning to name a few. The company takes pride in creating and guiding their clients along a clear path while pursuing financial success, even when complex situations arise. And a big part of that is the education and empowerment with a mindset that not only has an optimistic view of the future, but by also providing confidence and financial understanding to protect their clients’ interests while cultivating healthy growth.

And after you listen to this podcast, you’ll understand why blockchain is a significant trend that simply can not be ignored and will be the catalyst for many long-term investment opportunities and equity crowdfunding deals – and it won’t even matter who the President is (as long as there’s divisiveness in government!)
