One of the greatest aspects of Regulation A+ crowdfunding is that it provides issuers with a legitimate path to access the capital markets. But going public and staying public is expensive, and many times these businesses find themselves in desperate need of capital. They then become prey to toxic lenders who many times end up pushing their stock into a debt spiral that investors cannot recover from. In this podcast, Mike Brette, the CEO of Small Cap Equity Advisors, explains how his new fund addresses this problem and lays out an alternative solution for these issuers so they don’t end up regretting their decision to go public in the first place.

Listen to “New Fund Provides Reg.A+ Issuers with an Alternative to the Debt Spiral of Toxic Lenders” on Spreaker.

Everyone’s looking to raise money and get on a major exchange, but what do you do when you get there? A qualified Reg.A+ crowdfunding offering is a great vehicle to become a publicly traded entity on exchanges such as OTC, NASDAQ, and NYSE. However, as you’ll learn by listening to the podcast, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows when you’re going public. And unfortunately toxic lenders know many of these companies face issues with raising money, both short-term and long-term. Until now, issuers had nowhere to turn to in order to get money to keep them afloat and profitable. Mr. Brette’s fund not only writes the check, but also acts as advisors and their financial partner to help with marketing, investor relations, and everything in between to help make sure his clients avoid toxic financing at every step of the way.

After all, if you go public in the wrong fashion, you defeat the purpose of going public in the first place. And you don’t want any part of the debt spiral! That’s why it’s probably wise to contact Mike by phone at 951-236-8473 or by email here for more info on how his new fund can help solve your capital raising issues. This is an absolutely great topic and a real problem. We have fallen victim to great sounding conmen “saviors” who have destroyed our company driving our stock price down to pennies. Unfortunately, we never recovered and was left with severe personal debt as well.
